Our business occupies six renovated railway arches and a 5,000 square foot warehouse. We’ve got our office, bar, kitchen, distillery and production areas - meaning we have roles in multiple disciplines. From bartending to distilling and warehouse roles to marketing, we’re keen to help people who are passionate about spirits and hospitality develop the skills they care most about.

Meet, Hendo, , He joined us as a senior bartender as he was excited to join the hospitality industry and work with Manchester Gin. During the initial lockdown, he wanted to try and experience a new role with us while developing new skills, which has led to him becoming our master distiller, and gin school manager.

We are a supportive team, where your happiness and development will always be our priority. We provide weekly paid training sessions, our team is always up for a staff night out, and there is always room for our generous staff discount - 25% all the time, staff drink after shifts, and of course 50% as part of our famous Industry Sundays.

Cocktail Bartender Jobs (Full time / Part-time)

We are looking for a cocktail bartender to join our team. Experience is preferred as the bar is cocktail led. However, a good work ethic and good quality customer service are just as important.

Full training will be provided, and servers will also be required to have an in-depth knowledge of our cocktail specs, products and experiences we offer from our on-site distillery, Spirit of Manchester.

Pay starts at £9.50/hour, rising to £11 per hour when you complete your training.

Bar Support Jobs (Full time / Part-time)

We're looking for incredible barbacks with a real passion for spirits and all things hospitality. This role is for bar support but we are committed to your training and development and is the stepping stone to job progression with us in whichever area of our business interests you

You'll work across our bar, Three Little Words, and our distillery (home to Manchester Gin, Manchester Spirit Vodka, Forty-Five Vermouth) to support the team to deliver outstanding cocktails and distil award-winning spirits to the people of Manchester.

Weekend Host (Part-time)

You will be the first welcome and the last goodbye to our guests, so a genuine and warm personality is a must.

• Being calm under pressure is a priority as we experience a lot of busy periods

• No previous experience is necessary but knowledge of Collins booking system would be an advantage.

Requirements

• You need to have a great work ethic and be ready to get stuck in whatever part of the business needs you to.

• You need to have experience in a fast-paced environment, be available to work late nights and during the weekends.

• You will be customer-focused. You will be expected to engage with customers, so an energetic personality will help, but we’re looking for a warm, authentic interest in our product and our guests
