This drink sits in the "cultivation" section of the menu, which celebrates the stages of spirits production that take place to turn raw ingredients into spirits.
Add cubed ice or an ice spear to a tall highball.
Add the Wild Spirit & Rose Infusion, Italicus Bergamot and Eucalyptus toa cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake.
Strain into the highball.
Top with green tea soda.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh sage.
