The menu is globally inspired, featuring home comforts like Lamb Shank Pie and faraway favourites like Coconut Laksa, Shakshuka and Burrata.
We’re also introducing our first set menu. Join us for lunch, an early dinner, a pre-theatre supper or just some after-work food with our delicious new Spring Set Menu. Monday to Friday, 12pm-7pm, you can enjoy selected dishes from the new menu at a set price: two courses for just £15 or three for £20.
Of the new menu, Jimmy says:
“We’ve worked really hard with the younger chefs in the kitchen to get them to bring their ideas to the menu, to understand seasonality and core ingredients, touching on the classics as well as what’s new. As always, we’ve taken inspiration from Manchester Gin, using the signature botanicals that we distil with.
We’ve carefully selected ingredients to make the menu available to as wide an audience as possible. There’s an amazing selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes so we hope there’s something for everyone on there!”
