Are you ready to get back to doing what you love?
Are you passionate and dedicated to the hospitality industry?
If so, we’d love to talk to you as we’re looking to do something different…
We’ve taken the time while we’ve been closed to reset and are now bringing together our distillery and cocktail bar to really showcase what we do as a business and distillery.
This means we don’t want a team of servers, a team of bartenders and a team running the gin experiences we offer. We want one team that we can share everything with to allow you to grow and develop your cocktail, spirits and distilling knowledge and by doing this our customers get a truly immersive experience with unrivalled service.
We care about incredible drinks and outstanding service, and we want to harness your passion for the industry and unrivalled cocktail knowledge. Three Little Words is a core part of our internationally award-winning distillery, so we want to share everything we know with you, prioritising your development and our collective contribution to the industry we all know and love. We’re taking a holistic and connected approach through from the distillery to the bar to create an unmatched team. One day, you’re making and developing world-class drinks behind the bar, the next providing exceptional table service; one day you’re running our gin school – named the best visitor attraction in the UK by Gin Magazine and the Spirits Business – the next you might be involved in the distillation of our next batch. Wherever you’re working, you’ll be part of the family, supported by passionate leadership who lead from the front and push you to be the best you can be.
We want to create leaders not only in hospitality but in the drinks industry as a whole and will offer training and support across the business to allow you to flourish.
Who we’re looking for:
You need to have clear experience in making quality cocktails, be confident in front of customers and willing to get stuck into all elements of the business – we’ll teach you the rest!
You need to have experience in a fast-paced environment. Being calm under pressure is a given as we have busy periods where flapping isn’t an option and having gentle confidence is essential.
You will be creative – we’re always creating new drinks and new products so understanding the balance of flavours and pushing the boundaries is welcomed.
You will be customer focused. You will be expected to engage with customers about cocktails, about different spirits and about how the distillery works so an energetic personality will help. But we’re looking for a warm, authentic interest in our customers. We want a team that are interested in the occasion that brings our customers to visit us and how we can make it memorable. We want to send them away feeling part of our family.
If you want more than just a job in a bar, if you want a career in this amazing industry and an opportunity to soak up as much knowledge as you can, we’d love to hear from you!!!
We’re starting the recruitment process now in anticipation of opening in May (government restrictions depending) and therefore start dates will be the first 2 weeks in May to facilitate a full training programme.
To apply, please send us your up-to-date CV as well as a covering letter detailing why you’re passionate about your career in hospitality and why this is the role for you. Please note the covering letter is as important as the CV!!!
